It's been a while since I managed to write so well overdue! After a very busy couple of months with studies, work and packing up the house into two backpacks I've found myself trying to eat as many nutritional food groups in one meal... although while traveling through Southeast Asia the usual daily porridge or eggs has also been replaced with noodles and rice, even the kids are into it, for now!
